Privacy.
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Vivah LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Vivah Consulting (“Vivah,” “we,” “us”), builds and manages AI voice agents for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Visitors to our website
- People who speak with Viv, our own AI voice agent, by phone or through the demo on this site
- Prospective and current clients who contact us or engage our services
It does not cover the voice agents we build and operate on behalf of our clients. When you call a business that uses a Vivah-built agent, that business is responsible for how your information is handled. Their privacy policy governs, not ours.
2. Information we collect
When you visit the website. Standard technical information logged by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to keep the site working. We do not run analytics software and we do not use tracking cookies.
When you speak with Viv. Audio of the call, a written transcript of the call, your phone number, and any information you choose to provide during the conversation, such as your name, email address, business name, and what you’re looking for help with.
When you book a fit call or contact us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you include in your message.
When you become a client. Business and billing information necessary to deliver and invoice for our services.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the website or through Viv.
3. Call recording and transcription
Calls with Viv are recorded and transcribed.
You are told this at the start of every call, before any substantive conversation begins. If you do not consent to being recorded, you can end the call at that point, or reach us by email instead at kash@vivahconsulting.com. If you use the voice demo on this website, you will be asked to confirm consent before your microphone is accessed.
Pennsylvania law requires the consent of all parties to record a call. We disclose recording at the outset of every interaction for that reason. If you tell us during a call that you do not want to be recorded, tell Viv or ask to be transferred, and we will stop.
Recordings and transcripts are used to respond to your inquiry, to improve how our agents perform, and to keep a record of what was discussed. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To provide, operate, and improve our services and our own voice agent
- To send you information you asked for
- To invoice and manage client relationships
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of our systems
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Service providers
We use third-party services to operate our business. Each has access only to what it needs to perform its function:
- ElevenLabs for voice agent hosting, speech processing, and transcription
- Twilio for telephony and call routing
- Vercel for website hosting
- Notion for internal records, client dashboards, and call logs
- Google Workspace for email, documents, and file storage
These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own agreements and privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others.
6. How long we keep information
- Call recordings and transcripts: five years
- Inquiry and lead records: five years
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and for five years afterward, or longer where legal, tax, or business records require it
- Website logs: as retained by our hosting provider
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email kash@vivahconsulting.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. We will honor those where they apply.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our systems and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Some of our clients operate businesses that serve children, such as dance studios and martial arts academies. When a parent calls one of those businesses and speaks with an agent we built, that business controls the information collected, and their policies apply. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
