Blueprint terms.

Effective September 1, 2026.

These terms apply to the purchase of a Blueprint from Vivah LLC, doing business as Vivah Consulting, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Vivah Consulting, and "you" means the business purchasing the Blueprint.

By completing payment you agree to these terms.

What the Blueprint includes.

The Blueprint is a written plan that maps every kind of call your business takes and how each one should end. It includes the following.

• We place a set of unannounced calls to your published business number as an ordinary customer would, and we document what happened on each one.
• We deliver a written report of those calls, covering what was answered, what was missed, and where a caller was left without a resolution.
• We prepare a recovered revenue page that uses the figures you give us for the value of a customer, so the cost of the current call handling is stated in your own numbers rather than ours.
• We build a working prototype of a voice agent for your business and demonstrate it live on a presentation call.
• We name the agent with you during that call, so the name is yours before anything is built.

The Blueprint is delivered on a single presentation call, and the written materials are yours to keep afterward.

What the Blueprint does not include.

The Blueprint is a plan and a demonstration. It is not a deployment.

• We do not connect anything to your live phone number as part of the Blueprint.
• We do not build the production agent, load your full knowledge base, or configure call routing as part of the Blueprint.
• We do not provide ongoing management, monitoring, or changes as part of the Blueprint.

Each of those is part of a separate build and management engagement, which we will quote after the presentation call if you decide to proceed.

Fee and credit toward a build.

The Blueprint fee is $1,000, payable in full at purchase.

If you engage us for a build within 90 days of your presentation call, the full $1,000 is credited against the build setup fee. The credit applies once, to a single engagement, and it has no cash value on its own.

Our guarantee.

We guarantee the quality of what we deliver, not a decision you have not made yet.

If, at the end of your presentation call, the Blueprint has not given you a complete and actionable plan, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the fee in full. You keep the written materials either way. We do not require you to proceed to a build to qualify, and we do not ask you to justify the answer.

Call recording and consent.

The unannounced calls described above are recorded so that we can report on them accurately.

Pennsylvania law requires the consent of all parties to a recorded call. By purchasing the Blueprint you consent to the recording of these calls on behalf of your business, and you agree to inform any employee or contractor who answers your published business number that calls to that number may be recorded during the Blueprint period. If you would prefer that we do not record, tell us before we begin and we will document the calls in writing instead.

Recordings are used only to prepare your report. We delete them within 30 days of your presentation call unless you ask us to keep them.

Timeline.

We schedule your presentation call within 5 business days of payment, subject to your availability. If we are unable to schedule within that window for reasons on our side, you may request a full refund.

What we need from you.

We need three things from you, and we cannot start without them.

• We need your published business number and permission to call it.
• We need the figures you use for the value of a customer, so the recovered revenue page reflects your business rather than an industry average.
• We need one scheduled hour for the presentation call, with the person who makes the decision on the call.

Confidentiality.

We treat everything you share with us as confidential, including your figures, your call recordings, and the contents of your Blueprint. We do not name you as a client, quote you, or publish anything about your business without your written approval.

Ownership.

The written report, the recovered revenue page, and the agent name are yours once delivered. The prototype, our methods, our templates, and our internal materials remain ours. If you engage us for a build, ownership of what we build for you is addressed in that agreement.

Limits.

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania law.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
